As our
Marketing Officer
, you'll be at the heart of crafting campaigns, building client relationships, and driving growth for our training services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote
training services.
Collaborate in developing engaging content for email marketing, social media, blogs, and
promotional materials.
Manage the company's social media platforms by scheduling posts, creating content,
and monitoring performance metrics.
Support the design and execution of email campaigns targeting different client
segments, and track performance.
Assist in organizing and promoting events such as webinars, workshops, and training
sessions.
Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
to guide marketing strategies.
2. Sales Support
Generate leads by identifying and engaging potential clients through research, email
outreach, and phone calls.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media, providing accurate
information on training services.
Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback,
and identify opportunities for upselling.
Contribute to weekly and monthly sales reporting, analyzing data and providing insights
to support business decisions.
3. Collaboration
Work closely with the training, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a
seamless end-to-end client experience.
Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing and sales strategies based on
customer interactions and responses.
Manage existing partnerships and pursue potential new partnerships.
Perform any other related assignments as delegated by management.
4. Confidentiality
Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising reasonable care
in its protection.
Using confidential information solely for business purposes.
Not disclosing any confidential information to third parties without prior written
consent, except to authorized employees/agents bound by confidentiality obligations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related
field, or an equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
At least 2+ years' experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Previous experience in the education or training sector is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Proficient marketer with proven ability to design and implement effective marketing
strategies.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Assertive, open-minded, and adaptable in engaging with different client types and
situations.
Creative, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work under minimal
supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, social media platforms, and basic design tools is an added
advantage.
