The ideal candidate will havehands -on farming experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment tosustainable agricultural practices. A Certificate in Agriculture or arelated field is required, along with practical knowledge in crop andmanagement.DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:· Planand supervise planting, cultivation, harvesting, and general farm operations.· Managefarm staff, including recruitment, task delegation, and training.· Monitorand maintain the health and productivity of crops and/or livestock.· Maintainfarm equipment and facilities in good working condition.· Manageinventory of inputs (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, animal feed, pesticides) andproduce.· Ensureall farm activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.· Recordand report on farm productivity, expenses, and maintenance.· Collaboratewith suppliers, contractors, and agricultural officers when necessary.· Implementcost -effective and sustainable farming practices.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:· Minimum Education: Certificatein Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.· Minimum3 years of hands -on farm experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory rolepreferred.· Strongunderstanding of modern farming techniques, equipment, and seasonal planning.· Abilityto manage labor, resolve conflicts, and motivate a team.· Basicknowledge of farm budgeting and record -keeping.· Physicallyfit and willing to work in various weather conditions.· Goodcommunication and problem -solving skills.· Validdriver's license or ability to operate farm machinery is an advantage.Desirable Attributes:· Strongwork ethic and reliability· Leadershipand team coordination abilities· Adaptabilityto changing farm needs and seasons· Passionfor agriculture and sustainable farmingInterestedand qualified applicants should submit their applications through the linkbelow.Note:Only shortlisted applicants will becontacted.Q -SOURCING SERVTEC IS AN EQUALOPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
