Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at Prudential Kenya for Experienced Insurance Sales Agents located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling various insurance products, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Additional tasks include conducting needs assessments, offering policy advice, processing insurance applications, and handling customer inquiries. Agents remuneration is commission based only.

  • Insurance Sales and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Insurance Customer Experience skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
