Role Description

We are looking for a full-time on-site Digital Media Specialist based in Nairobi. The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for better results. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with other team members to ensure cohesive campaigns, monitoring social media platforms, and staying up to date with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
  • Skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Design
  • Analytical skills to track and improve performance metrics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
