Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Office Administrator will oversee daily administrative operations, manage office equipment, handle communication channels, and provide customer service support. Responsibilities also include ensuring smooth office administration, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain an efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and General Office Administration
- Proficiency in working with Office Equipment and related tools
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role is a plus
