Job PurposeThe Marketer will be responsible for driving business growthby promoting hospitality services, securing new clients, and maintaining strongrelationships with existing customers. The role requires a proactive individualwith a strong sales background in the hospitality industry, excellent communicationskills, and a passion for service excellence.Key Responsibilities· Develop and implement effective marketing andsales strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and revenue.· Identify and pursue new business opportunities,partnerships, and corporate accounts.· Build and maintain strong client relationshipsthrough consistent engagement and excellent customer service.· Conduct market research to identify trends,competitors, and customer preferences.· Prepare and deliver compelling salespresentations and proposals to prospective clients.· Coordinate with the reservations and operationsteams to ensure seamless client experiences.· Manage social media and digital marketingactivities to enhance brand visibility.· Track and report on sales performance, targets,and marketing campaigns.· Participate in hospitality fairs, exhibitions,and networking events to promote the brand. RequirementsQualifications and Experience· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.· 2–3 years of proven experience in hospitalitysales and marketing (preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or resorts).· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed salestargets.· Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, andcommunication skills.· Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems,and Microsoft Office Suite.· A proactive, self -driven, and goal -orientedpersonality.Key Competencies· Strong sales and customer relationshipmanagement skills.· Creativity and innovation in marketingapproaches.· Professional presentation and grooming.· High integrity, reliability, and accountability.· Ability to work independently andcollaboratively within a team.
