Role Description
We are seeking a full-time onsite Account Executive based in Nairobi. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Proven track record in business development and account management
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve goals
- Experience with digital infrastructure and cloud solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
