Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the engineering/industrial sector.

  • Create technical marketing content including brochures, datasheets, case studies, and website content.

  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging.

  • Manage digital marketing activities includes email campaigns, and website updates.

  • Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and industry events.

  • Maintain and grow the company's online presence through LinkedIn, industry directories, and forums.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

-Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report on ROI.

Support in preparing marketing budgets, media plans, and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in an engineering or industrial environment.

  • Strong understanding of technical products and ability to create relevant marketing content.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with engineering services or product-based companies.

Knowledge of industrial markets (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, or manufacturing sectors).

  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and engineering.

  • Basic understanding of CAD drawings, technical documentation, or industrial equipment is a plus
