Role Description

We are looking for a Commission Sales Associate to join our team at Baringo Tours. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Baringo, Kenya. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting travel packages, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Commission Sales Associate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide tailored travel solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and meeting sales objectives

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively present travel options to clients

Proven ability to work in a team setting while also thriving in individual tasks and responsibilities

Knowledge of Kenyan culture, tourism destinations, and market trends is highly advantageous

Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software applications

Flexibility to adapt to both onsite and on-site work

Experience or background in the tourism or travel industry is preferred
