Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Representative role at Flosure Insurance Agency, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and promoting insurance products and services, and closing sales transactions. They will provide customer support, maintain relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. Conducting training sessions to educate clients on insurance products may also be part of the role's responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in communication and customer service to interact effectively with clients and address their inquiries.
  • Proficiency in sales and sales management to achieve targets and optimize sales processes.
  • Ability to conduct training and educate clients on products and services.
  • A results-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
