Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves generating leads, cultivating relationships with clients, conducting market research, promoting products and services, and supporting sales strategies. Additionally, the associate will deliver training to clients, address queries effectively, and assist in achieving sales and marketing goals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing for promoting products and achieving targets
  • Ability to deliver Training to clients and stakeholders on product features, offerings, or related aspects
  • Proven aptitude in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or related industries is advantageous
