Presales Technical Support-Business Technology

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the sales team during client engagements.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Analyze client requirements and match them with appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and presentations.
- Support site visits and client meetings when required.
- Work extensively with Excel for cost modeling, product comparisons, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with capabilities and standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in presales technical support.
- Background in industries such as Electrical, ELV, or Engineering solutions preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (practical assessment will be conducted).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams.
