Our Client, a fast-growing solutions provider in engineering, technology, and security systems, delivering integrated services to clients across the commercial, industrial, and residential sector, is seeking to hire a skilled Presales Technical Support Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with technical expertise in electrical or engineering solutions who enjoys working alongside sales teams to design and deliver tailored client proposals. You will bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs, ensuring accurate, practical, and competitive offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the sales team during client engagements.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Analyze client requirements and match them with appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and presentations.
  • Support site visits and client meetings when required.
  • Work extensively with Excel for cost modeling, product comparisons, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with capabilities and standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in presales technical support.
  • Background in industries such as Electrical, ELV, or Engineering solutions preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (practical assessment will be conducted).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams.
