Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Executive Sales Representative
based in
Nairobi
to expand our presence in the Kenyan and East African agricultural market.

The ideal candidate is passionate about agribusiness, field sales, and empowering farmers through innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks across Kenya.
  • Conduct farm visits, product demos, and awareness campaigns.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with agri-input sellers.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with the India head office for marketing and logistics coordination.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience in
    Agri Inputs / Irrigation / Greenhouse / Agri Films
    .
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, field-oriented, and willing to travel within Kenya.
