About This Role:
We are a leading player in Kenya's commercial baking and food manufacturing sector, known for delivering freshly baked goods to a wide network of customers across the country. With a strong emphasis on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, we've built a reputation for reliability and quality in the fast-moving consumer goods space.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media.
  • Manage customer orders, invoices by Ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary
  • Maintain an updated customer database and truck customer interaction
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives, including promotion and customer outreach
  • Liaise with production and delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvements.

RequirementsQualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business management /Administration, marketing or
    related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service. preferably in FMCG, food and or
    retail industry
  • Proficiency in MS office and basic CRM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
