Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
General Manager
to oversee the company's overall operations and strategic growth. The successful candidate will lead seven key departments —
Finance & Operations, Human Resources, Factory, Analytics, Production, Marketing, and Sales
— ensuring smooth coordination, high performance, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership across all departments.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Manage departmental heads and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking processes.
  • Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work culture that supports innovation and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations.
  • Report regularly to the CEO and Board on company performance and key metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum
    7–10 years
    of progressive leadership experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong background in operations, finance, production, and marketing management.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
