JobSummary: The AssistantManager, Corporate Relationships is responsible for maintaining and developingclient business relationships that will maximize long -term revenueopportunities while strengthening client loyalty Key Responsibilities· Delivertrademark service for the entire Pensions and Group Risk customer portfolioworking with the various internal and external stakeholders (customers, agents,brokers) to accurately position the ICEA LION brand image, its products andespouse its values as expressed in the service charter and service level agreements.· Contributeto top -line targets through delivery of cross -sell and up -sell targets.· Activelyparticipate in the refresh and drive the delivery of the customer valueproposition, constantly championing the customer and ensuring any challenges toexemplary service are identified and addressed.· Developworking relationships with key account owners and managers to ensure businessretention and renewal while gathering market intelligence that allows ICEA LIONLife offer a compelling and competitive customer value proposition.· Implementa sound customer engagement and retention strategy that ensures customersatisfaction and that realizes the set upsell and cross -sell goals· Applyan effective differentiated service supported by a 360 -degree view of thecustomer, data driven customer segmentation strategy and accurate customer data· Receiveand resolve customer feedback and complaints and properly document them whiledrawing clear initiatives to ensure non -recurrence of negative feedback and complaints· Createcordial intra and inter -departmental working relationships that allow forseamless exceptional customer experience· Researchon, identify and champion opportunities that would transform customer experience through product, service,technology or strategy· Developregular and exception reports that support accountability, decision -making andinform strategy formulation ​If youmatch the qualifications and experienced of any of the jobs here, kindly submit your application by 24th February 2023. ​ Requirements• Bachelors'degree in a business related field• Diplomain Customer Services Management/Insurance Professional qualification – IIKDiploma/LOMA/ACII      • Atleast 6 years' experience in a business development/customer service/ClientRelationship management role preferably in the financial services industry.
