Corporate Sales Manager

Ø Demonstrate strong personal sales skills withconsistent performance in meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.Ø Motivate and drive the team to achieve individual andcollective sales goals.Ø Understand and effectively utilize different saleschannels to maximize sales opportunities.Ø Develop strategies tailored to each channel tooptimize outreach and conversion.Ø Maintain in -depth and updated knowledge of all companyproducts, services, and fleet offerings.Ø Ensure the team is well -versed in product details toconfidently assist customers and close sales.Ø Transfer knowledge effectively by coaching andtraining new staff members, ensuring they understand company processes, productofferings, and sales strategies.Ø Identify areas for skill improvement and organizeongoing training sessions for the team.Ø Lead by example in professional presentation andcommunication with customers and colleagues.Ø Address and resolve team conflicts promptly,maintaining a positive and productive work environment.Ø Take disciplinary action when necessary, ensuringcompliance with sale procedure and company policies.Ø Work independently and take initiative to solveproblems, improve sales processes, and implement new strategies.Ø Prepare daily and monthly sales report.Ø Work collaboratively with other departments, ensuringeffective information sharing and solving client issues on time.Ø Perform other duties as assigned by supervisorRequirementsRequirementsBachelor'sdegree/Masters in Sales & Marketing or any related field.Experience inBusiness to Business (B2B) sales/ corporate sales for at least 5 years.Strong BusinessAcumen with a focus on customer relationsPrior experiencein fleet tracking/ management company is an added advantageSales targetdrivenDrive newbusiness developmentSolutionorientatedAbility to planand organize with strong administrative skillsHigh level of EQwith strong negotiation skillsApplied Excel atIntermediate LevelCRM appliedexperience
