Property Development & Construction Professionals - Nairobi Project

We are recruiting a Professional Team for the Development and Construction Management of a significant and exciting landmark development project in the heart of Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa.

As East Africa's economic powerhouse, Nairobi is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with a rapidly growing middle class, strong demand for quality housing and commercial spaces, and a government actively encouraging foreign investment. The city's strategic location, educated and tech-savvy population, and improving infrastructure make it a prime destination to work and explore.

We invite qualified professional applicants to join the team that will deliver this legacy project and who have a proven track record and the necessary knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of the built environment. Overseas working experience is an advantage, but not essential.

We require qualified professionals in the following areas:

  • Planning
  • Project Management
  • Surveyors & Commercial
  • Contracts
  • Design
  • Construction Management & Engineering (Civil, Structural, Fire, Building Services, etc.)
  • Estate & Asset Management
