Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Sales Associate specializing in logbook loans. The Sales Associate will manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and oversee the loan process from application to approval and disbursement. Responsibilities include generating leads, engaging potential and existing customers, explaining loan features, and ensuring accurate loan documentation. The role also requires coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in client engagement and lead generation strategies
  • Good understanding of loan products, especially logbook loans
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the financial industry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
