Role SummaryThe overall responsibility of the Business DevelopmentOfficer is to drive the Society's business growth by maximizing the salesteam's potential, developing strategic marketing and sales initiatives, andidentifying new business opportunities. The role will focus on enhancing the Society'smarket presence, increasing membership and sales volumes, and ensuringachievement of strategic goals and objectives.Duties andResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing and sales strategies toenhance the Society's market profile and achieve strategic objectives.Design and execute marketing and communication plans topromote the Society's products, services, and corporate brand.Prepare, manage, and monitor annual and periodicdepartmental budgets.Identify new marketing opportunities to increase membership andsales volumes.Research and develop new products and services whileimproving existing ones to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.Conduct market research to analyze trends, customerbehavior, and competitive dynamics.Evaluate advertising and trade promotion programs to expandmarket reach and boost sales performance.Manage customer relationships to strengthen loyalty, improveexperience, and grow market share.Develop promotional packages and customer satisfactionprograms to enhance product awareness and retention.Design and implement incentive programs for the Marketingand Sales teams to boost motivation and performance.Negotiate and manage business contracts to optimize returnson investment.Coordinate customer education initiatives through tradefairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.Performany other duties as may be assigned by the SupervisorRequirements Qualifications andExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing or a Business -related fieldfrom a recognized institution.Master's degree will be an added advantage.Membership to a relevant professional body.Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and regionalmarket dynamics.Minimum of five (5) years' experience in real estate sales,including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and drivingbusiness growth.
