Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer training, and supporting sales management. Day-to-day tasks include identifying market opportunities, promoting products, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in delivering training and supporting customer education
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in technology or ecommerce industries is a plus
