We are expanding our team in Nairobi and are looking for a
Pre-Sales Associate with Solution Architect skills
to help us engage clients, translate requirements, and design impactful solutions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges, requirements, and objectives.
  • Design and present initial technical solutions across ERP, CRM, and AI-driven business process automation.
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to scope, estimate, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase value.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platforms like Odoo, Beatrix24, Microsoft Dynamics, and AI integrations.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years' experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales (preferably in ERP/CRM or enterprise solutions).
  • Strong business analysis skills, able to translate customer needs into solution architecture.
  • Experience working with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or any other CRM / Enterprise SaaS is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Based in Nairobi OR willing to relocate to Nairobi.
