Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships. They will also collaborate with the marketing team, prepare sales reports, and participate in sales strategy meetings. While most tasks require presence in our Nairobi office, some work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and sales software
  • Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and lead generation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
