Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, performing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales team to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and effectively present to clients
  • Strong understanding of ICT solutions and the technology industry
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the ICT industry is a plus
