Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, promoting and selling building and construction products, and achieving sales targets and goals. The role also requires preparing sales reports, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the building and construction industry is preferred
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
