Business Development Associate – Real Estate & Construction
We are a diversified group of companies specializing in property development, construction, interior design, and supply of housing finishes. We are seeking a Business Development Associate with a strong background in Financial Economics to help drive business growth, manage investments, and position our brand as a leader in the real estate and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across real estate development, construction, and supply.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and prepare investment proposals.
- Support deal negotiations, partnerships, and client acquisition.
- Drive branding and digital marketing initiatives to expand market presence.
- Track financial KPIs, budgets, and project profitability to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Construction, Sales, Procurement) to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in financial economics or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, investment analysis, or financial advisory within the real estate, construction, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, market analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Strong background in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and investment management.
- Experience in branding, digital marketing, or sales strategy is an added advantage.
