Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media. Manage customer orders, invoices by Ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessaryMaintain an updated customer database and truck customer interactionSupport marketing and sales initiatives, including promotion and customer outreachLiaise with production and delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met.Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvements. Requirements Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business management /Administration, marketing or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in customer service. preferably in FMCG, food and orretail industryProficiency in MS office and basic CRM systemsStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
