Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high food service standards. Additional tasks include inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Experience in Operations Management
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the Food Service and Food & Beverage industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech Savvy in POS, Inventory, and Reporting Systems
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry is preferred
