1. Job Purpose
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all business operations of the company. This includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring profitability, maintaining product and service quality, implementing strategic plans, and leading teams toward growth and excellence in the poultry and fast-food sectors.
2. Key Responsibilities
a) Leadership & Management

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all branches and franchise units
'
operations, including production, processing, packaging
,
and distribution

Supervise departmental heads (production, finance
,
HR, IT
,
marketing, and franchise operations).

Ensure all teams adhere to company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.

Build a strong performance-driven culture.

Carry out performance management on a quarterly basis
b) Operations & Quality Control
-
Oversee daily operations across outlets and production facilities.

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met

Identify and on board new franchise partners.

Support franchisees in meeting brand and performance standards.

Lead expansion strategies in new markets and territories.

Strengthen brand presence through marketing and customer engagemen

3. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor

Hospitality, Agriculture or related field

At least 15 years

experience in Poultry Farms & Administration Management

Minimum 5

7 years of managerial experience in the food

poultry

or franchise sector.

Must have experience in leading large

scale poultry production operations
