
General Trade Sales Coordinator

Reports to: National Sales Manager
Our client is seeking a results-driven GT Sales Coordinator to lead their General Trade sales operations nationwide. The role will own GT sales targets (volume & revenue), manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners, and ensure numeric & weighted distribution growth of all products.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver GT sales & distribution targets by region and channel.
Manage and develop distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks.
Lead and coach TDRs, reps, and van salesmen to drive execution.
Secure numeric distribution and speed-to-market for new products.
Ensure availability, pricing compliance, visibility, and activations in GT.
Consolidate sales reports, competitor tracking, and market insights.
Drive timely collections and enforce trade compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5–7 years' FMCG sales experience (at least 3 in General Trade).
Proven distributor & field team management experience.
Strong negotiation, execution, and market development skills.
