About Us
The Olive Oryx is a Nairobi-based content production agency crafting powerful stories through strategy, creativity, and visual impact. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead content strategy, manage client relationships, and drive account growth.
The Role
You'll lead client retainers from strategy to execution — developing concepts, guiding creative production, and distributing content across platforms. You'll also manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client goals are consistently met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategise and develop tailored content plans
- Guide creative concepts through production
- Manage client communication and retainers
- Oversee content distribution (social, digital, etc.)
- Identify and drive account growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong portfolio of content or campaign work
- Excellent client management and project coordination skills
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
- Must be based in Nairobi
