TikTok Lead
— a bold, creative digital storyteller ready to turn our mission into
viral moments
and
authentic conversations
online.

Your Mission

Own our TikTok strategy across all brands —
UFATI
,
Care360
,
ComfortCare360
, and
Tech360
— to engage youth, drive course enrollments, and showcase impact stories from real people.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute
    daily TikTok content calendars
    for all brands.
  • Create
    short-form videos
    that are emotional, funny, or insightful.
  • Turn our classrooms, caregivers, and facilities into
    shareable stories
    .
  • Track performance (views, saves, conversions) and optimize content.
  • Collaborate with trainers, nurses, and students for on-camera content.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and trending challenges.
  • Report weekly to the Marketing & Growth team.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    social media / TikTok creation
    (agency or brand).
  • Proven record of
    viral or high-engagement videos.
  • Skilled in mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.).
  • Comfortable shooting on phone & editing quickly.
  • Strong creative instincts — knows what "hooks" audiences.
  • Bonus: experience in health, education, or youth-impact campaigns.

  • Are fluent in English & Kiswahili (Sheng a plus).
