Role Description
We are hiring a
Digital Sales & Marketing Associate
to join our growing team in Nairobi (West Corner House, 3rd Floor, Muindi Mbingu Street).

This is a full-time hybrid role — primarily on-site with some flexibility for online work.

The role involves managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, handling client inquiries, and driving sales both online and in-store.

You will be at the heart of our daily operations — blending creativity, communication, and performance to grow the Electratech brand.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve daily sales and marketing targets through creative engagement and direct client interaction.

Plan, produce, and post product videos, social media content, and campaigns across our digital platforms.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, and walk-ins).

Track leads, prepare simple reports, and share daily/weekly progress updates.

Assist with
shop organization, invoicing, and stock recording
when needed.

Collaborate on marketing ideas, promotions, and influencer campaigns.

Represent Electratech's brand values — integrity, innovation, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication and camera presence
— confident in front of the lens and customers.

Basic
digital marketing or content creation
experience (TikTok, Instagram, Canva, CapCut).

Strong interest in
phones, laptops, and consumer tech
.

Consistent, proactive, and results-driven.

Proven ability to meet
daily deliverables and targets.
Diploma or Degree in
Marketing, Business, IT, Media, or related field
preferred.

Integrity, time management, and a learning mindset are non-negotiable.

Compensation
