Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Operations Officer based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Sales and Operations Officer will be expected to:


• Supervise cleaning teams during assignments to ensure quality standards are met.


• Manage work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance of cleaning staff.


• Support recruitment, training, and motivation of cleaning crew.


• Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and close sales leads.


• Actively market ChasteSpace services via phone calls, field visits, and social media.


• Maintain client relationships and gather feedback for service improvement.


• Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and report logistics needs.

Qualifications


• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).


• At least 1–2 years' experience in sales, customer service, or operations supervision (experience in cleaning/facilities management is an advantage).


• Strong leadership and people management skills.


• Excellent communication (written & spoken English/Swahili).


• Tech-savvy (social media, MS Office, WhatsApp for Business).


• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and willing to get hands-on when needed.
