Sales & Back Office Executive
to join our team at
Unifilters Kenya Limited
, located at Tilisi Logistics Centre, Limuru. This role combines sales and administrative support responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at building strong client relationships while managing back-office tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential clients.
  • Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for sales and operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, interviews, and company events.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (preferably in FMCG or automotive industry).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
