Summary
Our client is a leading real estate company dedicated to excellence and innovation in property development. They are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Finance Intern for a 6-month period. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the accounting field.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
Support the accounting team with data entry, processing, and recording transactions.
Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data.
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Participate in audits and help prepare audit schedules.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Help with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial matters.
Required Qualifications
Recent graduate or awaiting graduation with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Completed CPA Foundation level
Prior internship or attachment experience in an accounting or finance role.
Excellent academic record with strong high school grades.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident, reliable, and stable individual.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
