Senior Account Executive – Business Development at Stratostaff

At Stratostaff we design, implement and manage workforce solutions for large, specialized or routine staff complements giving you the opportunity to focus on your core business.
Responsibilities
Business Development:

Identify, target, and establish new relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain a credible pipeline of prospective clients, implementing growth strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Engagement:

Clearly articulate and communicate value propositions to both existing and prospective clients.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with current clients to protect and retain existing business.

Sales & Marketing:

Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Participate in the development of various product distribution channels to expand market reach.
Manage and maintain a calendar of marketing campaigns to ensure consistent and strategic outreach.

Reporting & Analysis:

Provide regular weekly and monthly production reports to monitor progress and performance against targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business development strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on bancassurance.
 Diploma in Insurance (ACII/AIIK).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in general insurance sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
