Responsibilities

Ensure portfolio is performing within company guidelines.
Drive efficient customer relationship management post funding.
Monitor assets' tracking efficiency within acceptable limits.
Ensure all assets have been insured.
Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports.
Build and manage relationships with partners and suppliers.
Oversee expenditure to enhance profitability and minimize losses.
Resolve conflicts effectively and efficiently.
Liase with Credit Manager to ensure lending guidelines are aligned to quality objectives.

Requirements
Experience

2 years + experience in a similar role.
A background in Risk and Audit would be an added advantage.
2 years+ experience leading a team in a senior role with proven track record.
