We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory processes, ensure stock level accuracy, and support cost control efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize inventory processes to ensure stock level accuracy and support cost control efforts.
  • Manage inventory systems, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, and operations teams to maintain financial integrity.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Inventory Management (such as CPIM Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, with a strong background in finance or accounting.
  • Experience in the energy, oil, gas, or manufacturing industries.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting requirements related to inventory management.

Other Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in managing stock levels and reconciling inventory records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
