JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest level of food quality and contributing to the success of our menus.Qualifications and Skills:Culinary degree or relevant certification.2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.Proficiency in Italian cuisine or experience in working with authentic flavours is preferred.Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Excellent organizational and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Culinary Expertise: Showcase your culinary expertise and creativity in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. Bring your passion for creating exceptional dishes to our kitchen.Menu Execution: Execute menu items with precision, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to our authentic flavors and culinary standards.Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively managing your station and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations.Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team, providing clear communication and support to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes.Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized workstation and following proper sanitation practices.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of new menu items, techniques, and culinary presentations. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
