  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct salary reviews and recommend compensation adjustments to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment with at least two (2) years in a Business Partner role.
  • Professional membership and certification (CHRP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in Kenya.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
