Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hospital's hospitality services, including housekeeping, catering, and laundry.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in all areas of the hospital.
Supervise and train hospitality staff, including housekeepers, kitchen staff, and laundry workers.
Develop and implement service standards and protocols to enhance patient and visitor satisfaction.
Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless delivery of hospitality services.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective use of resources.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hospital policies and health and safety regulations.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to hospitality services promptly and professionally.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of hospitality staff, providing constructive feedback and support.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient and visitor experiences.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to hospitality services.
