Overview
UNICEF is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead the organization's ICT audit strategy and ensure the effective execution of audits in highly technical areas. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a pool of subject matter experts, manage ICT audits, and assess ICT risks.

Job Description
The Internal Audit Manager will report to the Chief Audit and be responsible for developing and executing the ICT audit strategy, managing the development and rollout of ICT services, and ensuring the implementation of agreed actions and recommendations. The role will also involve facilitating engagement and vendor management, innovation, knowledge management, and capacity development within the Office of Internal Audit and Investigations (OIAI).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the ICT audit strategy and plan, ensuring strong business case and alignment with OIAI's objectives
- Manage the development and rollout of ICT services, including artificial intelligence, cloud environments, and cybersecurity
- Ensure the implementation of agreed actions and recommendations from ICT audits
- Facilitate engagement and vendor management, ensuring prompt access to auditees' staff, documents, and systems
- Contribute to OIAI's risk-based work planning activities, professional internal audit policies, and change initiatives

Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in internal auditing, ICT auditing, or managing ICT services
- Strong technical skills in ICT audit frameworks, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex ICT landscapes and assess key ICT risks

Salary
$96,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
