We are seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant with fluency in Japanese and English to support executive scheduling, logistics, communication, and stakeholder management.

This role will be instrumental in liaising with Japanese stakeholders, including foundations, partners, and government agencies supporting ONGA Mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily scheduling, appointments, and calendar of senior executives.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and logistics for business engagements.
  • Ensure efficient time management by prioritizing key tasks and commitments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in Japanese & English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in executive assistance, administrative support, or international business coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
