Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets by developing effective sales strategies and optimizing market presence.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
Monitor market trends and optimize sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in PA systems sales, with managerial experience preferred.
Proven track record in sales growth and team management, with a strong understanding of the PA systems industry and problem-solving skills.
