Job Description
As an Interior Sales Professional, you will act as the key liaison between our company and professional clients, primarily interior designers, architects, project managers, and property managers. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering personalized solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and regular communication.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders such as interior designers, architects, project managers, and property managers to gain a deep understanding of their needs.

Provide proactive account management to anticipate client needs and exceed their expectations.



  • Sales and Business Development

Drive revenue growth from existing clients by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

Explore new business opportunities within the industry, contributing to client acquisition and expanding the company's market share.

Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements, balancing new business acquisition with profitability.



  • Product and Service Knowledge

Maintain a strong understanding of the latest interior design trends, products, and industry standards.

Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to clients on product choices, specifications, and design solutions.



  • Project Coordination

Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, ensuring clarity on timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage the delivery and installation of products, ensuring deadlines are met.

Monitor the progress of client projects and proactively address any issues to maintain client satisfaction.



  • Reporting and Administration

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and project updates using CRM systems.

Prepare and present account performance reports and market trends to management, contributing insights for strategic planning.
