Purpose of the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth, generating and converting leads, maximizing revenue, and establishing a high-performing sales team.

This role requires a leader with exceptional leadership skills, able to inspire and build high-performing teams, as well as strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet ambitious targets for the company.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion:

Design and implement effective lead generation and conversion strategies to enhance client engagement and boost sales of the company.

Leverage a strong digital presence to attract and retain local and international clients.

  • System Development & Efficiency:

Build and implement scalable sales systems, processes, and CRM tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Adapt quickly to the startup's evolving needs, ensuring processes are agile and fit for purpose.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Strengthen relationships with developers, property owners, and clients to expand the company's network.

Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and strategic partnerships.

  • Team Leadership & Management:

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of professionalism, innovation, and excellence in the organization.

Provide training and development to equip the team with skills necessary for success in a dynamic startup environment.

  • Performance Management:

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.

Key Requirements
  • Background & Experience:

Proven track record in real estate sales with significant experience closing deals and driving revenue growth.

At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a senior management role.

Experience working in a startup or similarly dynamic environment is highly desirable.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams and systems from scratch.

  • Skills:

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and build high-performing teams.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools to streamline operations.
