Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. If you have a proven track record of successful business development initiatives and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector.

  • Create event strategies that generate quality leads for our clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of events, from concept development to execution, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and community organizations to establish partnerships and referral networks.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content management.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-centric initiatives and solutions.
  • Align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, working closely with the management team.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient resource allocation.
  • Train and supervise the client service and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within regional markets, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop innovative strategies to expand our client base, visibility, and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills, effective communication and digital marketing skills, market intelligence, business acumen, analytical skills, and creativity.
