Role Description

As a Business Development Leader at Smart Sales, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, including territory planning, account management, and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the business growth or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
