Job Title:

Becoming a Business Development Manager at Aminika Manpower ltd presents an opportunity to drive growth and contribute to the success of our pharmaceutical product portfolio.

In this office-based role, you will be instrumental in shaping product strategies, supporting sales growth, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Portfolio Management
  • Develop and maintain assigned product portfolios, monitoring market trends and recommending strategies to improve market share and profitability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Sales Support and Growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost sales of assigned product portfolios.
  • Work closely with the finance and production teams to ensure timely availability of products and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales and portfolio performance reports to the Business Development Manager.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, product management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Gujarati and Swahili is a plus.
  • Administrative skills, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong follow-up abilities.
